Record weights
Weigh a sample of birds regularly to see whether the flock is growing as it should.
- Open Flock from the menu.
- Tap the actions menu (three dots) on the flock.
- Tap Record weight. You see the flock's Weight records.
- Tap Add record, fill in the form and tap Save.
The fields
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Total weight | The combined weight of the birds you weighed. |
| Unit | The unit you weighed in. |
| Birds weighed | How many birds were on the scale, such as 50. |
| Weighed on | The day you weighed them. |
Poultrist works out the Average per bird for you.
To correct or remove a weighing, use the actions menu on that record in Weight records.
Record weight is greyed out on an inactive flock, and on a flock that is still waiting to sync. See Working offline.
