Delete your account

Close your account and remove your farm data.

  • Owners only

Deleting your account covers the whole business: your account, your farms, your staff and every record.

Cancel any app store subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought from Google Play or the App Store, and the store keeps charging you until you cancel it there.

  1. Open My Account and tap Delete account at the bottom.
  2. Read what happens, then enter your Password.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.
  4. Tap Delete my account.

What happens next

  • Your business is suspended straight away and everyone is signed out.
  • After 30 days your account and all of its farm data are removed permanently.
  • Signing in again before then cancels the deletion and puts everything back.
