Generate a report
Build a report for a farm and period, then share, save or print it.
- Open Reports from the menu.
- Tap the report you want.
- Choose the Farm, then the Year or the period the report covers. Some reports also let you pick a Flock, a Customer or a Payment status.
- Choose a Format: PDF, CSV or Excel.
- Tap Generate report.
When you see Report ready, tap Share, Save or Print.

Financial reports
| Report | What it shows |

| Annual sales summary | Revenue, collections and top customers for the year. |
| Annual expense summary | Spending by category and month, with unpaid balances, for the year. |
| Statement of comprehensive income | Revenue, cost of sales and profit for the fiscal year, with the year before alongside. |
General reports

| Sales report | Every sale recorded over the period. |
A period can be up to 366 days long.
Monthly report by email
Owners can have a summary of the previous month emailed on the 1st of each month. Turn on Monthly report email in business details. This depends on your plan.
